DELIVERY SERVICES

PARCEL DELIVERY (UK MAINLAND)
Most items are shipped with one of our courier services (DPD and FedEx). We will notify you by email on dispatch of these goods with your tracking details.  We offer free delivery on all orders over £150.00 with orders under this amount incurring a £8.95 delivery charge.  

PALLET DELIVERY (UK MAINLAND)
For bulk orders, or large items we send goods out on a pallet with Action Express (2-3 Day service). This is a kerbside delivery service which means the driver is obliged to offload your order from the vehicle to the roadside that boarders your premises. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer our products for International shipping.  Please contact us directly to obtain a quote for shipping. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Our current lead time for all products is 5 working days from order unless from our 'Ready to Ship' collection. We will email you an order confirmation with an estimated delivery date and a dispatch note to let you know when your order has been shipped. 

 

 

RETURNS

How do I return an item?
To return an item, it must be returned in the original packaging, and must not have been used. Please contact us to advise you would like to return an item so that we can issue you with an RMA number and return address. Please note that if you wish to return an item then we must receive notification of the return request within 7 working days of delivery. Items can either be returned through the post office/courier firm or we can arrange to collect the item(s).  Please note that we would deduct the collection fee from any refunds due. 

Our returns policy
We want to make sure you are satisfied with the plants you have chosen and give you 7 days from delivery to decide if you are happy with them. If you decide they are not what you are looking for then please contact us within the 7 days to request a RMA. To be eligible for a return the item(s) cannot have been used or have been left outdoors and must be re-packed in original packaging. . We can either arrange collection of your goods or you can arrange your own courier/ Royal Mail to collect the goods from you. We do not offer free returns and therefore the return carriage is at the cost of the customer.  Please ensure the goods are insured in transit to cover you for any breakages en route and that you have proof of posting. A refund to the original payment method will be made within 14 days of return.
